Foley Real Estate

Situated in Baldwin County, Foley has a population of roughly 15,000 residents. Much of Foley was due to its founder, John B. Foley of Chicago. In 1901, Foley had discovered the prime land and purchased 40,000 acres of it and began to build the town. Knowing that there would be a need to easily get people to migrate to this destination, he invested in rails with the first station built in 1905. Eventually, Foley had donated some parcels of land for schools and churches as the area became developed.

In present day, Foley is a beautiful and quaint town with a great tourist following. The historic and picturesque downtown, museums, water adventures and over 70 restaurants provide an abundance of entertainment for all to enjoy both residents and visitors alike.
